Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (143 g)
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (130 g)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (170 g)
  • ½ cup banana slices about 1 medium banana (85 g)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (120 ml)
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk (240 ml)

Instructions
 

  • Add ice cubes, pineapple, mango, strawberries, banana slices, yogurt, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut milk to a blender.
  • Cover and process on medium speed for about 30 seconds, using the tamper as needed. Increase to high speed for 15 to 30 seconds until thick and smooth.
  • Adjust with more coconut milk, pineapple, or orange juice as needed to reach the desired consistency.

Notes

Yield: 4 cups. Serving Size: 1 cup. Make it VEGAN: Substitute Greek yogurt for plant-based yogurts like coconut, cashew, almond, or soy.
