Ingredients
  

Wraps

  • 8 pieces wraps small

Vegetables

  • 1 unit onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic finely sliced
  • 1 unit red bell pepper diced
  • 2 unit tomatoes diced

Meat and Dairy

  • 300 grams ground meat
  • 100 grams corn Bonduelle
  • 250 grams passata Heinz
  • 150 grams grated cheese

Spices and Oils

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 3 teaspoons cajun spices
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • oil for frying
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Toppings

  • sour cream to taste
  • avocado to taste
  • lime to taste
  • lettuce to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
  • Add the tomato and bell pepper.
  • Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
  • Add the corn and season everything with the spices.
  • Stir in the passata and season again with pepper and salt.
  • Distribute the meat mixture over the wraps, top with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve with sour cream, avocado, lime, and lettuce to taste. Enjoy!
