Ingredients
  

Liquors

  • 1.5 ounces vodka
  • 0.5 ounce blue curaçao substitute with another orange liqueur if necessary

Juices and Syrups

  • 4 ounces pineapple juice no sugar added
  • 0.5 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.5 ounce simple syrup can substitute with agave syrup

Food Coloring

  • 3-5 drops green food coloring can use natural or regular food coloring

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake well for about 10 seconds.
  • Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Strain the drink into the glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Notes

To make a sprinkle rim for your cocktail, dip the rim in simple syrup or run a lime wedge around the rim to moisten it, then dip in fine sprinkles. Using food coloring gives the cocktail its signature green color. Blue curaçao is flavored with Laraha orange. Simple syrup can be made by heating equal parts sugar and water until dissolved.
