Ingredients
  

Taco Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce

Phyllo Shells

  • 15 pieces phyllo pastry shells store-bought

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Mix sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce in a bowl.
  • Fill each phyllo shell with taco mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until shells are golden.

Notes

Serve with additional sour cream and salsa on the side.
