Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cloves
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  • In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and water.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For extra moisture, wrap cooled bread in plastic wrap. Freeze for up to 3 months.
