- 1 lb small shrimp
- 8 oz langostino lobster tail meat
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- ½ onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbs butter
- 3 tbs flour
- 1 tbs shrimp bouillon
- 1 ½ cup water
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Cheddar bay biscuit mix
- shredded cheddar cheese
Cook the shrimp and lobster until almost done and set aside. Mix up the biscuit dough and set aside.
Cook onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, salt & pepper.
Add butter then flour to make a roux. Then add shrimp bouillon, and slowly add in water, adding more as roux thickens. Then add heavy cream and the shrimp and lobster.
Pour mixture into large ramekins.
Top with the biscuit dough and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Then brush with garlic butter packet and serve.
