Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the Cheese Filling

  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to use cheddar or pepper Jack for a spice kick.
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese Try Pecorino Romano for a sharper bite.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Garlic powder can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Substitute with finely chopped onions if preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Regular paprika can work too.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano A dash of Italian seasoning can be a handy substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to taste.

For the Fresh Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh baby spinach, chopped Kale is a fine alternative.
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped Cilantro or other herbs can bring a unique twist.
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil, chopped

For the Wraps

  • 4 large Tortillas or wraps Gluten-free wraps are a great substitute.

For Baking

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Butter can be used for a richer finish.
  • Fresh herbs for garnish Adds a professional touch and extra freshness.

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Mix together the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Cut pockets into each boneless, skinless chicken breast, being careful not to slice all the way through.
  • Stuff each chicken pocket generously with the cheese mixture and chopped spinach.
  • Wrap each stuffed chicken breast in a large tortilla, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  • Arrange the wraps seam-side down in the greased baking dish, then drizzle a bit of olive oil over the top.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Uncover and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the tortillas are golden brown.
  • Rest the wraps for a few minutes before slicing, then serve warm.
