Ingredients
  

  • 60 g sago or tapioca pearls
  • 3 mangoes
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 60 ml sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
 

Cooking the tapioca pearls

  • Put the sago or tapioca pearls in a pot filled with water and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes or until the tapioca pearls become completely translucent.

Preparing the mango sauce

  • Peel and cut the mangoes into small cubes.
  • Reserve some mango pieces for plating.
  • Put the coconut milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and mango in a blender.

Plating

  • Add the tapioca pearls to the blended mango and mix until they are well coated in the mango sauce.
  • Spoon the mixture into bowls and top with mango cubes before serving.
