Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders thighs or breast
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

  • 1 stick butter
  • 8-10 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup parmesan grated
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce more if desired
  • 2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • cup fresh parsley minced
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Chicken Seasonings

  • 1.5 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

Prep and Skewer Chicken

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • Combine chicken seasoning mixture in a small bowl and set aside. Cut chicken into 3" pieces and toss with olive oil and spices.
  • Pack the chicken tightly onto each skewer.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat butter and garlic until partially melted, then add red pepper flakes, hot sauce, seasonings and parmesan.
  • Scoop out ⅓ of the sauce for basting the par-cooked chicken and reserve the remaining sauce for later.

Cook The Chicken

  • Cook 2-3 skewers in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Flip, baste with sauce, and cook another 2 minutes.
  • Flip back, baste with sauce, and cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
  • Baste with reserved garlic sauce and sprinkle with extra parmesan before serving.

Notes

For oven preparation, preheat to 450 degrees and follow similar cooking instructions in an oven instead of air fryer.
