  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree Fresh or canned
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar Can substitute with maple syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil Can substitute with coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon Cloves

Cream Cheese Swirl Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese At room temperature
  • ½ cup Sweetener Sugar or alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

Pumpkin Bread Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, and vegetable oil.
  • Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture until just combined.

Cream Cheese Swirl Preparation

  • In another bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Mix in the sweetener and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

Swirling and Baking

  • Pour half of the pumpkin batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top of the batter, then pour the remaining batter.
  • Use a knife to create a swirl pattern by dragging through the batters.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
