- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
