Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tablespoon milk of choice
  • cup finely ground almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon powdered erythritol or powdered sugar
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, salt, and baking soda.
  • Add peanut butter and milk; stir until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and flatten them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
