Ingredients
  

Sugar and Creamers

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened instant tea
  • ¾ cup powdered French Vanilla non-dairy coffee creamer
  • ¾ cup powdered non-dairy creamer
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup nonfat dry milk powder

Spices

  • teaspoons ground cinnamon 5 grams
  • teaspoons ground cardamom 5 grams
  • 2 teaspoons ground cloves 5 grams
  • teaspoons ground white pepper 3 grams
  • teaspoons ground coriander
  • teaspoons ground ginger

Preparation Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
  • Place the mixture in a blender (or a food processor). Blend until they are well combined and it makes a fine powder.
  • Store in an airtight jar at room temperature for up to 5 months.
  • To prepare, add 2-3 tablespoons mix to about 10 ounces of hot water, milk, or even black tea in a mug.
  • To make a dirty chai, add 2 shots of espresso to the above drink.

Notes

Store in a cool, dry place for best results.
