Ingredients
  

Cheese

  • 8 oz halloumi cheese sliced

Pita Chips

  • 4 pieces pita breads cut into triangles
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil divided
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Dips and Garnish

  • 1 cup hummus
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup cucumber slices
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Honey Mixture

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut pita bread into triangles, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle garlic powder.
  • Bake pita chips for 8–10 minutes until crispy and golden.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Sear halloumi slices for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • In a small pan, warm honey with chili flakes and lemon juice until infused.

Assembly

  • Arrange hummus, tzatziki, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, and pita chips on a serving board.
  • Place warm halloumi on the board and drizzle with hot honey.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately while halloumi is warm for best texture. Adjust chili flakes depending on spice preference. You can prep dips and vegetables ahead of time for easy assembly. Best served fresh as a sharing appetizer or light meal.
