  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, cook sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in gnocchi and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  • Lower heat, stir in cream and spinach, and gently simmer until hot and the spinach has wilted. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.
