Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas ripe
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 4 to 5 tablespoon dark chocolate melted
  • ¼ teaspoon coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas, then cut it in half lengthwise. Divide the halves into 2 parts each, in total you will get 8 banana slices. Place over a parchment paper covered baking sheet.
  • Spread peanut butter on top of each banana slice, making sure to cover it completely. Sprinkle the top with a pinch of salt and chopped peanuts.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Place in the microwave to melt in 30 second intervals until soft. Drizzle melted chocolate over peanut butter banana slices and freeze on the baking sheet for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.

Notes

Frozen banana Snickers tend to thaw pretty quickly. I recommend eating them straight from the freezer for the best experience.
