Ingredients

1 box brownie mix plus ingredients required by the mix
a few drops green food coloring
1 container chocolate frosting
1 black decorating gel
1 pack candy eyes
1 pack mini pretzel sticks
to taste M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates optional

Instructions

Preheat the oven and mix the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
Bake the brownies according to the directions on the box and allow to cool in the pan.
Chill until firm, and then cut into rectangles or squares to make the ‘heads’ of Frankenstein’s Monster.
Spread a thin layer of chocolate frosting on top of each brownie. (Add green food coloring to the frosting.)
Drop a dollop of frosting onto each brownie. Attach candy eyes. Add hair with black decorating gel, then a mouth and face with black decorating gel.
Use M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates to add extra embellishments.

Notes

These brownies are perfect for Halloween parties and are fun to make with kids.
