Instructions
Preparation
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon, and beat until well combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Notes
Best served chilled and garnished with additional nutmeg for a festive touch.
