Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
  • Nutmeg for garnish

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon, and beat until well combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Notes

Best served chilled and garnished with additional nutmeg for a festive touch.
