For the Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 large Sweet potatoes cubed
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter melted

For the Sweet Mixture

  • ¾ cup Brown sugar packed
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger

For the Topping

  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Toss together the sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, kosher salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a large bowl.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes covered.
  • Uncover the dish and stir the sweet potatoes gently.
  • Bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Top with mini marshmallows and broil for up to 30 seconds.
