For the Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts Fresh, small sprouts preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For roasting
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Sea salt or kosher preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground black pepper recommended

For the Cheese

  • 8 ounces Boursin Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese, add after roasting

Optional Garnishes

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs Parsley or chives
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice To brighten flavors before serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare the Brussels sprouts by washing them thoroughly, removing outer leaves, trimming ends, and halving each sprout.
  • Arrange the sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
  • Spread the sprouts in a single layer, cut-side down. Roast for 20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Top the hot sprouts with chunks of Boursin cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Toss the Brussels sprouts gently to coat with the melted cheese and transfer to a serving dish.

Optional Garnishing

  • Garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice for an extra burst of flavor!
