Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Minute Rice white or brown
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 can water use empty soup can to measure
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix approx. 1 oz
  • 1 tablespoon butter for greasing the baking dish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish thoroughly with butter.
  • In a large bowl, combine the Minute Rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and one can of water. Stir until well blended.
  • Pour the rice and soup mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
  • Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  • Sprinkle the entire envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Cover the entire baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1½ hours, ensuring the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C.

Notes

For best results, use Minute Rice. You can substitute brown rice for a healthier option. Adding cheese during the last 10 minutes can enhance flavor. Leftovers keep well for 3-4 days refrigerated.
