Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts optional
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon for swirl

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan.
  • Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  • Whisk dry ingredients separately.
  • Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream.
  • Layer batter in pan, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, top with remaining batter, swirl gently.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert.

Notes

Don’t overmix. Let cool before slicing. Customize with nuts or fruit.
