Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole baguette sliced into bite sized rounds
  • 4 oz smoked salmon sliced
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate arils
  • lemon zest as needed
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Toast for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Mix softened cream cheese with garlic, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Let toasted baguette rounds cool completely.
  • Spread each toast with the herbed cream cheese.
  • Fold or roll smoked salmon slices and place on top of each piece.
  • Arrange the bruschetta in a wreath shape on a round platter and garnish with pomegranate arils and lemon zest.

Notes

Use high quality smoked salmon for the best flavor and color. Assemble just before serving for maximum freshness.
