  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 395g
  • 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream

  • Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix passion fruit pulp, condensed milk, and heavy cream.
  • Beat Mixture: Use a mixer to beat everything on medium speed for 3–5 minutes.
  • Adjust Flavor: Taste the mousse and adjust with more pulp or sugar if necessary.
  • Pour into Serving Containers: Divide mousse into bowls and smooth tops.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • Prepare Syrup (Optional): Simmer reserved pulp with sugar for a syrup.
  • Serve: Garnish with syrup or seeds before serving.

Strain pulp for a smoother mousse; chill for at least 2 hours, ideally longer for best flavor.
