- 6 pieces boneless chicken thighs about 1½ lbs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small shallot minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Pat chicken dry. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; rub on both sides of chicken.
Heat oil in skillet over medium. Sear chicken 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to 165°F. Remove to plate.
