- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup wild blueberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar for glaze
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan.
Melt butter in a mixing bowl, then whisk in sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt; gently fold until combined.
Fold in blueberries carefully.
Pipe the batter into the donut pan and smooth the tops.
