Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs thinly sliced ribeye
  • ½ can spam cubed
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels soaked in hot water
  • 2 stalks green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow onion yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg egg cooked to desired doneness

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients by first soaking your frozen corn kernels in hot water for 10 seconds and thinly slicing your onion and green onion.
  • Pre-mix the sauce by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, black pepper, and sesame oil.
  • Heat up your cast-iron pan over high heat then add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Cook your egg to desired doneness then set aside.
  • Place sliced onions in the middle of the pan then begin to place the sliced beef and cubed spam along the side of the pan.

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the sauces to your taste.
