Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Cooking Steps

  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and adjust for taste.
  • Add mixed veggies to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies, stir to coat, and serve over rice.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked. Adjust sriracha for desired spice level. Don’t overcook vegetables. Use cauliflower rice for a low-carb option. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
