Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 6 ounces ramen noodles or other instant noodles
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ramen or other noodles according to package instructions.
  • Heat the peanut oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until slightly browned, breaking it apart.
  • Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce and dark soy sauce to the skillet and stir fry for another 15 seconds.
  • Add the oyster sauce, rice vinegar, cooked noodles and green onions. Stir everything together, if too dry add ¼ cup of water.
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.

Notes

No wok required. Use fresh ginger and garlic for better flavor. Remove noodles from the skillet to avoid drying out. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
