  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder or ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Wash and dry the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Then, cut them into thick wedges, approximately ½ inch thick.
  • Place all the wedges into a mixing bowl and drizzle them with olive oil and all the seasonings. Toss to ensure they are evenly coated.
  • Once the air fryer is heated, evenly space out the wedges inside the basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Air fry the sweet potato wedges for 15 to 18 minutes, turning each wedge halfway through.
  • Serve immediately as a delicious side dish, or save for meal prep.

Notes
